Professional Safe and ATM Movers
Trailer loaded with a 4,000 Pound Data Safe
Trailer loaded with a 4,000 Pound Data Safe
If you are looking for a professional company that specializes in moving heavy safes in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex, you have found us! We often move more safes annually than other companies have since they opened their businesses years ago.

Jewelry stores and grocery stores usually have extremely heavy safes for overnight protection of valuable gems and large amounts of cash, we specialize in moving these types of safes, and we move lots of them. Being experienced and properly equipped to move the larger and heavier safes also makes moving the lighter safes much easier as well. We let our equipment do most of the work combined with gravity and leverage. We have specialized tools to move safes that we have purchased and many other tools that we have designed and fabricated ourselves, to make each safe move appear almost effortless.

We have been called out to move safes that other companies thought they could do, but when they arrived onsite they took one look at the safe and turned around and left. We showed up and did the job as we said we would.

Do you have a safe that you want to get rid of?

We also haul off unwanted safes for FREE. Many companies charge you for this service. We however, do not. Just give us a call and we will arrange a convenient time with you, then we will come to your home, business, or storage unit and professionally and safely remove the unwanted safe from your property. We don't care if you have the combination or keys either. There is no charge whatsoever for our safe removal service.

We can remove safes weighing up to 5,000 pounds.

If there are stairs that the safe must come up or go down we may or may not be able to provide this free service for you. We will make case by case determinations regarding stairs and other obstructions that the safe must be moved past or around. Sometimes we will have to come out and take a look to see if we can safely remove the safe.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
If your safe is locked up and you are unable to open it and you want us to open it for you so that you may remove anything inside, we will quote you a price to open your safe. If there is any personal property located inside your safe and you do not wish to pay us to have it opened, please note that the safe and it's entire contents will become our property as soon as we take possession of the safe and transport it off of your property. We don't mind hauling off your safe, but we will not open it for free to allow you to remove anything that may inside of it.

Need your safe moved? Look no further, We professionally move safes daily. We move ATM machines too!

Are you moving and need your safe moved too but it is too big and too heavy? We professionally move safes and ATM machines of all sizes. The trick to moving big heavy safes is to let our equipment do the work, not our muscles. We work smart and safely to protect your property and anyone who happens to be nearby during the move.

We take our time and treat your safe and your home or business as if they were our own. We wouldn't want to damage our own safe or our own floor or walls so we work with caution to keep these things from happening. We are happy to say that every customer that we have moved a safe for over the last 25 years has been completely satisfied and many of our customers let us know that they were very impressed with our courteous professional service.

We will come out and unbolt your safe from the floor (if your safe is bolted down). We can safely move your safe from your old home or business, and deliver it to your new home or new commercial space quickly and efficiently. Once your safe is moved into position, we can securely anchor most safes and ATM machines to concrete or wood floors at the new location, to reduce the risk of your safe being stolen.

If your safe was anchored to a concrete slab and the anchors used are not removable, we can also cut them off flush with the floor if so desired.

We have the specialized equipment necessary to safely move your safe, whether it weighs a couple hundred pounds or many thousands of pounds.

We have special lifting bars, cribbing, rollers, pipes, solid rods, pallet jacks, dollies, and specially designed jacks that allow us to lift your safe off of and onto the floor, and to move it out of and into tight spaces such as closets and other cramped spaces.

We have plywood, special aluminum plates and blankets to protect your carpet, tile & marble floors and thresholds from damage while moving your heavy safe across them.

We have a customized trailer that we use to move safes to their new location. Our 16 foot trailer has special heavy duty 8 foot c-channel ramps and a winch that allows us to safely load and unload your safe, while maintaining complete control of even the heaviest safe. From the moment we lift your safe from it's original location, till the moment we position it in it's new location, the safe is fully supported and tightly secured with heavy duty DOT approved straps during transit.

We also have heavy rated chains to secure heavier safes to our trailer while in transit, as well as blankets and wood to protect your safe's finish.

Call us today to schedule to have your safe moved tomorrow.
(Many times we can also move your safe the same day if you are in a pinch, but we prefer to plan our safe moves at least a day ahead of time where possible so we can schedule our work load appropriately.)

We professionally move safes, deliver safes, install safes, bolt down safes, and relocate safes anywhere in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex, and all surrounding areas. Arrangements to move safes longer distances may also be possible, just call and ask us. We move the big heavy safes that other companies walk away from.

NOTICE:
Due to the many known dangers, and often unknown dangers to property and life involved with moving heavy safes up or down staircases, as a rule we do NOT move safes weighing more than 650 pounds up or down more than 3-5 interior wooden steps.
We highly recommend keeping your safe on the ground level floor for several reasons:
  1. You will likely move again someday... and making arrangements to get the safe back down to ground level may complicate and delay your future move.
  2. There is a chance that the upper floor may not support the heavy weight of your safe for a long period of time. For example suppose a sink or tub leaked and rotted out the supporting wooden structure under the safe, and one day it falls through the floor and lands on something or someone on the floor below.
  3. Extra moving costs involved.
For really heavy safes currently located on an upper floor, it is sometimes safer to move the safe through a window with a crane, rather than risk a staircase or even the floor itself from collapsing under the heavy weight of a safe. The safe could end up on the lower floor quicker than you anticipated! Staircases may not be as strong as they were years ago when a safe was brought up or down them originally. Our goal is to provide a professional safe moving service with life safety and property protection being our highest priorities. With that in mind you will understand why we refuse to be rushed to complete a move. For this reason we do not charge by the hour, instead we almost always quote a flat price or a price range to move your safe prior to the move. When you call us for a quote we will ask you several questions about your safe to determine the type, size and approximate weight. Then we will ask you about where the safe will be moved from and to along with the types of flooring and obstacles that we will be required to move the safe across, over, through, under etc. We will then give you a price range that you can expect to pay to complete the safe move. The questions we will ask you will help give us a pretty good idea of what we will be dealing with and usually the price range you are given will not be exceeded, unless something substantial was not disclosed during our questioning. For example if we show up to move the safe and you failed to tell us that your driveway doubles as a ski slope in the winter.. that would make a simple safe move suddenly extremely complex. Or perhaps even though you have lived in your house for 20 years.. you forget all about the two steps outside your door that you don't even think about any more. Or perhaps the safe is sitting on top of a pedestal. We need to know that because we will need to get the safe off of the pedestal before it can be moved across the floor. We may need to bring special equipment to get a safe off of a pedestal.

If a safe must be moved up or down 3-5 steps we may need to come out and inspect the property to determine if we can do the job safely using a stair climber or if we must utilize cribbing techniques. Cribbing (using strategically cross stacked 4X4 and 4X6 lumber) and special jacks allows us to raise and lower the safe up or down and over, inches at a time, until the safe is safely at the desired floor height, where it can be safely transferred to that floor.

It is often helpful if before you call us, go to your safe and walk from the safe to the door that we will have to take the safe through and look at the floor the entire path and see what obstacles, steps, thresholds etc exist in the path, so we can give you an accurate price range.
